What I like about this product is the different types of blades to cut the vegetables. Very handy to use.
This was honestly much better than expected. I was able to get some really solid clean cuts and honestly made chopping vegetables a whole lot easier with the sharp blades that are included. I used this for onions and tomatoes for Taco night and man it really sped up the process. Tips: make sure onions are on the grid in the correct orientation, If not you may get these akward onion slivers not the perfect diced onion you want. Also bell peppers cut best while upside-down down. The container underneath is also pretty sizable so you can get a decent amount of things in there. I've also found that the vegetable peeler makes nice sized and attractive carrot slivers. My final thoughts after really putting this product to use is that its pretty professional. I honestly like the product more than I thought I would and Im planning to purchase this again as a gift for my sister im sure she'll love it aswell.

A vegetable cutter manual is missing
This thing is amazing! Cuts down on my prep time in the kitchen immensely.
I just tried it tonight to chop up some onions, and I was impressed at how easy and fast it was to push down. I chopped up 3 medium onions in less than 5 minutes (after peeling and quartering them). You have to quarter them first or they won t fit on the cutting area.
I go through choppers like this about once a year. So this is my third one. I love it. There are so many little things that make it better. There is space when you lower the blade for your fingers to go without being squished, the hinged lid comes apart for cleaning, some of the blades are scalloped making it easier to go through on larger cuts. Construction and sturdiness far outweighs any previous one I have owned (plus lifetime guarantee!).
I use this almost daily & absolutely love it. Like so many, cutting onions makes me cry terribly.

This is great for lazy people. I often have the intention to meal prep for the week but rarely do, this thing makes the chopping of both onions and other vegetables so easy. I purchased a different mandoline but I rarely use it because it has an inconvenient shape, it s slightly too small for my cutting board as doesn t come with a catch basin and slightly too large in general.

Awesome chopper makes chopping onions, peppers, carrots so easy. Veggies come out nice and evenly sized. Works best if veggies like onions and peppers are pre-sliced. Harder veggies like carrots should be sliced lengthwise and not too many at a time, they will be easier and quicker to chop without a lot of pressure.
